Kincora is a 424-acre mixed-use community located at Routes 7 and 28 in Loudoun County. The project includes a proposed 5,500 seat minor league ballpark and adjacent playing fields. In addition to the ballpark the project includes office, supportive retail and apartments, a 167-acre park, trails, a heron rookery observation deck, performing arts center, and a $75 million road network that will alleviate congestion on routes 7 and 28. All paid for without tax payer money.
