Interesting idea, but I suspect this tattoo skin is both rougher and more rigid than human skin, for these purposes. If you pull back the foreskin as far back as you can, you'll notice it's slightly smoother than the surrounding skin. And the two skin surfaces can also move independently. I think you absolutely need a two layer solution to get anywhere near the real feeling. Maybe thin latex. The fact that there's a latex fetish scene doesn't hurt either. Perhaps this video was just a joke tho.

maybe instead of the fake tattoo skin. we could use tan silicone. silicon is softer, easy to clean and durable. silicone is not easily rejected by the body. the texture of silicone can be easily adjusted.
