Do you know what would cause the upper octave on the upper keyboard to have lower volume than all of the other keys. Also, do you have a service manual? I just finished oiling my T212, the TWG doesnt make ANY noise at all now!!!

I think that pot on the board is actually vibrato level. I think so, I could be wrong, but that's what it says on my H-182.

My organ makes that same goofy noise in the beginning. How did you fix that
-
that has nothing to do with it. it just needs lots of oil.

W.W.J.D? Fix the running toilet and oil your freakin tone wheels!

My hammond L102 makes the same sound that this one does in the beginning. What causes that? How do you fix it?

@MrKelmusic Flip the organ over and use a syringe to oil all the bearings, shafts, and springs... I recommend unsoldering the TWG and removing it however as this will allow you to give a thorough and proper oiling.

Turned out to be the transformer on the vibrato recovery board... it has a 22V secondary and is almost impossible to find online for sale from an OEM...
I've since then won an entire cannabalized set of switch tab PCBs from another T-212 identical to mine, including my nightmare vibrato recovery board. I replaced everything other than the transformer on it as well (new and tested carbon resistors, electrolytics, and the power transistor). You're right, I need to get a scope BAD. Soon.
