Hello Amber. im just like you I hate taking pills. I bought the alli pills but so afraid to take the first pill. how did you get past that axiety and take the pill. did you get any side effects?

should i take the pills three times a day with what ever i eat or with things that just
have fat??

@99catita I ate three meals and two snacks a day, I took a pill with my breakfast, lunch and dinner followed by a full glass of water.
