Michael Lewandowski has inspired countless youth and adults through his dedication to Scouting. Michael's commitment to Scouting started as a boy when he was involved in Scouting in Chicago. Currently, Michael is on the Commissioner Staff for the Maramech Hill District. He has been a member of the Roundtable Staff, District Training Chair, District Commissioner for the
Thunderbird District, and served as the Okpik Course Director for two years. Michael has received the Wood Badge Award, Scouter's Key, Scoutmaster Award of Merit, Commissioner Arrowhead Award,
Distinguished Commissioner, and District Award of Merit.
Michael and his wife Anne live in Oswego. They've been Illinois Foster Parents since 1995. Michael is a Phi Sigma Kappa Alumni Association Member, Leave No Trace Member, and an Oswego Heritage Association Member.
