yes it is...Mahavishnu Orchestra Live At The Montreux 1984/1974...it's a GREAT dvd...highly reccommend it

I saw this lineup at the Bottom Line (NYC) back in 85-86. They were awesome. Part 1 of this vid shows Bill Evans doing the intro, but it was John who did the intro at the gig I saw. John actually blew the intro to this tune a few times, and the band teased him about it onstage. He finally nailed it and the band took flight. At one point during the gig, John had a weird look on his face as he soloed. I realized he was off in that special musical place the he and few others have access to.
