  • it looks like you are about to throw your back out a few times. is it safe to move that quickly with those weights? i have back problems so i'm not sure this workout would work for me

  • I am a crazy obsessed with perfection.. I runbetwen 10 and 20 km per week, body attack, body step, boxing, cycling so now i hurt my left knee it is very swollen.. im resting now.. my problem is that i dod a lot of cardio and the back of my legs together with my butt are very weak.. i will do this exercise and i will come back to let u know if this is working.. i have tried many kind of exercises and my but feel the same terrible latin butt :( i want it to feel good
