  • there use to be a time when ghetto was a place and not a whole mentality that stereotypes people. Used to be a time when a woman was called a bytch becasue she was . a time when a thug was someone who did petty crime not a thug because he dressed a certain way. Lightly using these powerful words has to have a negative impac on the young generation- slowly but surely

  • hi bro, whats going on... very good music, thanks. Very good moves. see you later...

  • @lword1970 Well put.

  • hard work body by chosen

  • @lword1970 Agreed, like sweet water runing on a rock, the flavor masks the deteriorating effect, until one day half od the rock falls off all of a sudden/ Yet is wasn't all of a sudden; it was crumbling all along.

  • всё письку всем в рот

  • Been wondering with bodyweight training like this do you still work out the regular 3 to 5 days a week or is it an everyday affair?

    Also whole body or split.

    Any help is appreciated.

  • Good job

  • Good job man. Videos like these have motivated me to put away the weights and attempt more impressive stuff like this. I started at 3 chin ups and no pull ups, and now I can do between 20-25 chin ups and 15-19 pull ups. Thank you for posting videos like this that motivate others to better themselves. One day I hope to be an expert on the bar like you are.

Check out my videos. I recently got suckered into a Father-Daughter dance competition. I'm the white guy in the yellow shirt.
