  • I find the "purpose of kendo" all over the place

" To mold the mind and body. To cultivate a vigorous spirit, And through correct and rigid training,.....etc"

How is this whole thing written in japanese?

  • @akechi1000

Top one is "Concept of Kendo" by All Japan Kendo Federation.

No it is not too late. Many starts kendo in their 50s or 60s.

My father started kendo at the age of 55.

  • i was wondering to perform seiza you have to put your butt on your knees...

what if you are unable to put your butt on your knees at all?

I'v never been able to do that, i know it sounds lame but i'm not flexible at all in any way...

And i dont know how to make my legs flexible like that so they would bend all the way.

  • i like kendo and japanese culture in general i mean its alot better than most societies

  • @donald628 I posted this Japanese Translation since I didn't see anyone Reply to your post.
