Basically Derek and Casey have an on-again-off-again relationship. Casey is always breaking up with him saying she doesn't love him anymore, but she always comes back and Derek thinks he's had enough, but has he really?
I'm not sure I like the ending but I got tired and just wanted to finish it. So the end is up to interpretation (whether she leaves him for good or not).
I really need to come up with more catchy titles...
