Japanese Yakuza (subbed)

My English isn't perfect. I welcome any grammatical correction.

Mr Suganuma the former director of PSIA press conference at FCCJ in 2006.
He revealed the most of Yakuza members were Burakumin and Koreans which was taboo in Japanese society.
Therefore, none of FCCJ members made an article out of this conference.

Burakumin are descendants of the people who were the lowest social rank in Edo period.(Ainu and Ryukyuans are not Burakumin)
They were discriminated for a long time but now they are the most powerfull pressure group with Yakuza background.
