  • Awesome, compact session. Thanks. Now, how about the neck?? lol.

  • This sequence seems like it will also work out great to help loosen up the wrists after doing a wrist twisting session of techniques in the dojo too, but us computer junkies could also use this excellent routine after being online for long periods, so I'll share this with my facebook friends too.
