You're using a very simple argument to resolve a very complicated issue. Jews and Muslims are both very complex groups as are Israel and the Palestinians. If you had one iota of knowledge, you would understand that.

ya but slavery, with full respect to african american people, was not fueled by culture, infact, those african americans (of that time) did not have the education and tools that the Arabs have today. Look how many Doctors and engineers are there just in America. Look at cultures of egypt, UAE, Lebanon, and the like (although they had wars). Bitterness will have a major effect when it happens to people of ability. So I approve your message, but in comparison, the effect will be greater....peace..

I guess the question I have is, how far back do you have to go to correct injustices of our fathers. Does the US need to give back all the land to the Native Americans.
How about payback for slavery, etc.
I mean at some point the jews lived in israel and were driven out. Should the children of those people admit their mistakes and say oh sorry we drove you out - here's your land back.

If I thought that giving America back to the Indians would improve prospects for world peace and progress, I would be for it, but I think the opposite would be the case and even the Indians would suffer greatly. In distinction, if the West and Israel continue to make Palestinians pay for what Germans did to Jews, world peace will continue to be threatened -- ultimately to a point where people in Israel (Jews and non-Jews) will suffer catastrophically ... as will most people around the world.
