  • @axelflores24 The same thing used to happen to me until I started eating a little protein before workouts. I'll eat a hand full of almonds or a small, plain can of albacore tuna or salmon.

  • @arsnel366 lol no it's not.. as long as it fits your height it's fine. you can weigh 160 pounds and be a size 10 and be healthy.. but that person could be 5'7 so it fits them
