There's actually enough yellow herbs in one playthrough to max out both health bars AND have a couple to sell. The G-R-Y herb mixture goes for as much as some treasures and is a good way to get cash in subsequent runs, if of course you can afford to sell a potential G-R full health mixture.

the health is not really a problem just max your health and ashleys little by little. but you have to wach out for ashley more.

you can max leon's health you just got to know were all the yellow herbs and i did it on pro mode
