wow you are more smarter than our Advanced Biochem Prof.. He got the derivation wrong.
He substituted in Etotal = E(free enzyme) + ES as the whole thing into the equation, so in the end up we end up with all the same eqations except for Vmax = K2 (ETotal)
which is so obviously wrong in his notes.. I don't even know what to do.

Initially u said Vo=k2(ES) , i think it was suppose to be V=k2(ES) because Vo means Initial velocity,u used V later in the equation........thanks so much for the nice video!
