This was an all level class with Professor David B. James going over the Mugging techniques with variations. This technique is off of a person grabbing you over your shoulder nicknamed "My Buddy". For instruction in VAJ or the only "Real" Mauy Thai school in Rhode Island go to http://www.vee-arnis-jitsu.com

  • fake it will never go down like that

  • @101deathmaster Volunteer to demonstrate it yourself to Prof James in person, you'll be eating Jello thru a straw for months.

  • Peace Professor Vee, any schools in Atl?

  • love it

  • Looks effective...kudos due

  • this shit never works if i was a mugger i would have shot u the second i robbed u or stabbed u the second i was done with u

  • I trained at VAJ in the Park Place location years ago..I miss training with Professor James. Keep up the good work. Will hopefully re join in Brooklyn very soon.

  • just a newby me

but from what ive seen at youtube

    - & no disrespect meant to other impressive vids -

but the students who get to learn from this master

are the most fortunate ive seen

    'quick effective & powerful'

there are many very impressive masters

here at youtube but professor james

is the top of the pyramid imo

  • best self defense school i have ever been to uos!!!

  • not exactly, because the ground is the last place you want to be in a self defense situation. however, since it happens, they address the issue. but bjj teaches you to intentionally take the fight to the ground, and follow them down. bad idea IMO.
