@coffeebeans89 she does it to cancel out the dark pigmentation on her lips, so that the top color will be more of a true color

@tvashini : Hi, I have never been to India thus I may not be able to recommend any products. I have face routine videos where I show products that work for me skin tone. I hope you have seen them. I am sure you can order some the products I use online.. That's how I get some if my makeup.... :)
