This video will show you how to get rid of the blinking [88:88] on the Lockscreen!
REAL EASY!

1. Open iFile

2. /private/var/stash/themes/typophone 4.theme

3. Open and edit the 'style.css' file

4. CHANGE:
background-image:url('/private/var/mobile/Library/SpringBoard/LockBackground.jpg ');

to:

background-image:url('LockBackground.png');

5. Click 'Save'

6. Click 'Done'

7. Exit out of iFile

8. Respring [if necessary]

BOOM! Your done!

@marica1087 doesn't happen anymore. this was an issue that was fixed. Feel free to get Typophone 4! :]

how do i change it to 24-hour clock?

@BlackCmon go into style.css file and look for 24 hours clock. I think that is what it says and change it from False to True or if its vise versa. It has been a while since I've had this theme so I can hardly remember. This should work tho. Let me know if it helps!

@gcteck85 They have an update for Typophone 4 now. I'd suggest you to update it. I am sure it'll fix it. If not, you will have to go to the css file inside of you Typophone 4 theme through iFile or Cyberduck! Let me know fi you need some help!

4. CHANGE:

background-image:url('/private­/var/mobile/Library/SpringBoar­d/LockBackground.jpg ');

to:

background-image:url('LockBack­ground.png');

i downloaded the typophone recently. i followed the steps and go to style.css file, it is already background-image:url('LockBack­­ground.png') :( how can i solve the 88:88 problem?
