Toleration by Bison Ogon - WAMP 48 hour video competition - Yellowknife

Made in 48 hours in Yellowknife, NT! The video explores the journey of the creative process. The symbolism of the mummy-wrap and the bathtub is related to the focus/zone/potential constraints involved in creating. A vision, a timeline, an outline (48 hrs to shoot a music video perhaps!).... all sorts of ideas and visions flow through this 'box'.

The artist sings to a woman, "you're a demi-god" ... .... "do what you want".

"Woman, you can't take this!" reflects the songs' title 'Toleration'.... can his lover 'tolerate' him? The truth of who he is? ... (he sure hopes so).... :P

The madness of the mind reveals a mixture of inspiration & distraction, connection, truth, sensuality, struggle, darkness.... It is all flowing through in the process of creating, reflecting the artists own truth back to him. What do we see when we look within, and how does this impact the creative process?
