It's funny, how people spend hundreds of dollars on electronics to avoid getting a fine and yet they get busted, while clever people just don't speed, therefore don't spend money on devices AND don't get fines. Plus, they're not being egoistical idiots for doing something illegal. Plus, they are less likely to die. Oh, but getting there two minutes faster sure is worth all the trouble.
