They couldn't keep going forever, I understand that. Everything has an end. The thing that makes me saddest is that I never got to see them live. As far as I know they've only done one gig in Sweden (were scheduled to support another but that never happened) and I was too young to go see them then. Individually or together, I hope to hear new music from them again.

@CT2790 No, I was not saying that. I actually said it is NOT correct to imply "if mainstream, then crap." One example would be Michael Jackson. BUT in my opinion, it is generally a good approximation. And yes, I agree that pop is an attempt to make the majority happy, and it tends to be successful in that respect.

So what you're saying is: Because it is mainstream, it is intrinsically crap.
Which obviously you're entitled to your opinion but on the other hand millions of people and their money would disagree. That being said there are only a few mainstream songs that I enjoy. Mostly because I don't listen to radio much. The reason pop is pop is because the songs themselves are very "PC" shall we say. In that they attempt to make everybody happy. And tend to succeed most of the time :)

btw, the damn sound on this video is fucking awesome! I have never heard Alchemy Index songs sound so good.
