Toronto Slut Walk- April 3, 2011

These are some clips from the Toronto Slutwalk. My camera died before the other speakers could go on in front of Toronto Police headquarters. I forgot the male speaker's name but I liked his message to other men. He said that men look to other men to know what it is to be a real man. And real men don't rape. Real men respect women. There were a large number of men there today at the Slut Walk supporting the cause. It was a beautiful experience to see so many men stand up for women's rights. I have hopes that in the coming years Toronto can turn the Slut walk into a Slut Pride week. So that like Pride week the city can come together and celebrate its diversity.

Then being at the wrong place at the wrong time when trying to leave campus...Why do people feel sorry for a chaste studious woman and demonize a woman who wants to enjoy life?
