Winter Construction on Sherbrooke and Bishop

Thursday morning arriving at work, I passed these two construction guys working on the corner of Sherbrooke and Bishop. Their fire drill and truck looked so cool I had to film it - but they didn't seem to mind, they just smiled and waved at me (you can't see it on the film though...). I wonder what they could be drilling for?
