I'm a mma fighter myself out of oklahoma city. I have a strong wrestling and boxing backgroud . I'll be the first to tell you that both take crazy amounts of training and skill, but not anything like MMA. so I say before you start running your mouth about how easy it is to "Apply a choke-ho" . grow a pair, get in the cage and see how easy it is
