  • I took a cigarette pack and put a 9v. batt. hooked to a toggle switch, which then went to the electric ignitiers. Savage has three channels, one being for reverse. I disconnected it and mounted a mini servo to trip the toggle. Then mount and aluminum foil around vital areas, small amount of nitro in tank is a safe bet as well. I believe this can all be achieved with a relay instead of mechnical means of igniting.

  • sweet man thats bad ass!wish i couda seen it commin at the cam that woulda been awsome

  • I agree, the next vids will be better and I'm going to see how many rockets a savage will handle. Thanx

  • Of course he drove it back, thats a savage.

  • how fast was that one? I´ve got a Savage XSS with Picco P 3.28, but its almost too strong, with tight slipper i can breake a clutch bell veeery fast, sometimes with one wheely. That rocks :D But very expensive :(

  • try diving it from a car on a deserted highway somewhere

  • SWEEEEET

  • it is a savage never quits

  • dude can u make a video of how to hook it up so u can ignite it like that???

    thx

  • What kinda rockets are you using, just model estes one's? Ive been wanting to use the 5th channel servo on my blade cx2 to fire bottle rockets, but I dont know what to ignite them with. Did you use that slow burn ignitor stick from fireworks store? Cool vid, throw a GPS on it and do a before and after speed test, that would be cool.

  • i got the same engine on my t-maxx
