The state of Hawaii made it very clear that a certification of live birth is an official birth certificate. It's the only one they give out.

Amazing how that CNN guy tried to pull a fast one. I guess he thought Dr. Savage, Mr. Berg and many, many others are that stupid to go along with it. What a discredited ass!
