hamburg is a big harbour city in the north of germany, germany's second largest city. The hamburger you can eat is probably something, that german immigrants (from hamburg) invented in the united states. "Hamburger" in german can either mean this food, but it also simply referss to a person from hamburg. Dialekt is a dialect, so the variation of the german language spoken in and around hamburg
