Wow, I cannot BELIEVE how buggy Vista's WMM is. I almost couldn't finish this video. In fact, I got so fustrated I almost wanted to delete this video. BUT luckily I didn't. Truth to be told, I don't like it too much. I think it lacks in epicness and not to mention with only the scenes that SW/SW2 offers, I cannot make a decent tribute to Mitsuhide what so ever.

Anyway, song-wise, I looked up the english translation for Ash Like Snow, and as I was reading it I'm like: "Whoa, this is kinda like Mitsuhide's theme song, wtf." So thus, this video was born. The lyrics should set itself up to tell his side of the story. To make a long story short, I wanted to show his mental anguish when he choose to rebel against Nobunaga. I kinda wanted to play off both stories (SW: In which he actually kills Nobunaga then thinks of killing himself and SW2: In which he still feels respect/love? for Nobunaga), since it makes it more interesting that way.

Song: Ash Like Snow
Artist: the brilliant green
Clips: Samurai Warriors 1&2

  • I actually thought the video was great and it does deserve more views.. now that Samurai warriors 3 is on the way you could possibly remake the video using more material? =D 5/5

  • Thank you~ I normally don't redo videos, but I did think that if SW3 provided enough material I would. Unfortuantely, I haven't played the game yet but it seems that the theme for Mitsuhide is centered more around Motochika this time and doesn't really match the theme I was going for in this video. Buut if it turns out differently than I imagined I might consider it. Thanks for watching~
