  • YES! Trumpet player. Thank heavens I found someone who has the music so I can listen to how it sounds. We have one contrafactum for five trumpets and two tenor saxes, and they thought it would be funny to give it to me and say it was all up to me to play it right or else... too bad they haven't learned about scanners yet.

anyways, Thank you so much for putting this up!

  • we have been playing this in our jazz band at high school. try playing contrafactum on a trombone - 10x harder than trumpet. nice job though!

  • Find... a jazz music director, beg him to... I don't really know. Lol. The Contrafactum kicks ass, hard though.

  • We played it in SUJO 2001 - I love it so much - how do you find it?!

  • By Dominic Spera... REALLY hard song to find unless you've got the sources.

  • kewl...my fingers only move that fast when i play the chromatic scales...the again i've only played for 4 years
