Sayyed Dilaawar Hayaat is Reciting Surah Fajar Chapter 89 of the Holy Quraan in a gathering of around 300 audience in the katab al kitaab ceremony of his cousin in the year (2009)
(Katab al Kitaab is a kind of Islaamic Engagement in which girl and boy become religious and legal husband and wife but they don't live together for few years till the wife comes to the house of her husband )
