@lotusfeet I think yall are using the wrong word - Emigration = to leave a country Immigration = to enter a country - And as for the statistics, according to UN reports, the US DOES have the highest immigration percentage - nearly 40 million immigrants have migrated to the US - thats nearly 20% of the worlds immigrant population. Russia is 2nd with about 12 million, roughly 6.5% of the worlds immigrant population.

But you are correct about other countries offering similar protections.
