A Typical Niagara Region Summer Thunderstorm in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada

EDIT: this was actually only the beginning, it got much much worse at 10:15, our property and taht building across the street were hit dozens of times and our basement flooded. the storm in the video was really nothing yet. ALSO MY VOICE SOUNDS WEIRD AND ITS HARD TO HEAR THE THUNDER because we damaged the mic on the camera by accident. my voice is much different than that LOL

Man, i'm sorta glad i live in Britain.

We don't get storms like that. But they are fun to watch, we have had some.

We had a funnel cloud in Newcastle, and have had mini tornadoes.

I want to see a tornado, but dont at the same time.

Where I live in Ontario there's not a lot of thunderstorms but there were multiple tornadoes touching down in Toronto a week ago. Luckily I wasn't in Toronto at that time when that happened :P

and also this only occurs in the strip of land between the escarpment and lake ontario which you may know as the niagara region or the golden horseshoe.
