@Youngsweetnnatural I use after I shampoo and condition my hair, then I pour it on my head from root to tip massaging my scalp and rinse it out with water. Then I proceed to apply my leave in and then I seal :).

Nikisha you said that you use Apple cider vinegar with boiled or distilled water every two week to clarify. Exactly how do you use it? Do you leave it in wash it out, use it between shampooing and condition?

You guys are sooo great! In relation to boiling water (I'm totally doing this for my water bottles from now on), I would also say though that it might be a great idea to invest in a water filter for your shower. I started using one about a year ago now and my hair is so much softer and healthier. Plus, it's great to filter the water that's being poured all over your body (our biggest organ) as well as inhaled when gets into the air.

It is possible to still maintain healthy hair using healthy products, however still blow drying and falt ironing your hair?

@KLB1218 Heat will always cause some amount of damage, which means your hair won't be at it's healthiest. You can still have healthy straight hair using healthy products if you only use heat every once in a while, but you risk damage happening every time you use heat.

You guys are awesome! Love the hair tips. My daughter was having such a hard time with keeping her hair moisturized now I have some things to share with her. She will be so happy. Me and my two daughters are all natural but we are finding it incredible hard to keep our hair moisturized. It's killing us! So many products, so much time. I never knew caring for my natural hair would be so much work. Ugh! We will give it a go and I'll let you know if some of the tips you gave here will work for us.
