I maybe lazy but I kind of like this since I spend most of my time sitting. For one thing about me is as lazy as I am I don't like doing things easy. they have I think 1Ib bells but I like using a little heavier weights because I it's fun for me. So might not agree. I brought today those 5Ib Gold gym ankle/wrist weights and add them to my two 5 Ib bar bells. After I started this exerise about 1:55 I stopped to catch breath for a few mins then went a little more and stopped at 3:10.
