how do you turn on the reflections and shadows everywher dammit

my guy in campaign is white and the flashlight doesnt work. also in video settings the specular, decals, and the third one that i cannot remember are all dimmed. can anyone help? PLEASE HELP!!!

no this is like a part in halo 3 but not the same
in halo 3 you actually kill the monitor here you just kill the sentinels and escape

i know y cuz on mine it would pop up that graphic card was not high enough and it said Continue Anyway and Use SafeMode
