  • Do sit ups really help to lose weight? because i thought they just tone your stomach, i mean i have a podgy stomach and i started to do situps but i got told that doing situps just tones the stomach underneath and doesn't burn any of the fat away?

  • @StaceyandLiahx Doing any physical activity burns calories, but the more intense activity = more calories burned.   • @StaceyandLiahx My advise is to watch what you eat. Stay off mayo, salt, sugars, other junk food. Eat often, as soon as you feel a pang of hunger. But don't gorge.Keep your digestive system going all the time
