Very cool technology but .... WHY? You can play 3D chess on the computer and using a mouse and play with someone half a would away, or you can play real chess with a real chess set, $1500 of technology not required. What is the benefit of doing it this way?

Hi, this project was developed for a demostration and because I like developing software. The idea at the basis of the application is to have a shared augmented desktop where people can put and move virtual 3D object, the chesses are only an example. I could put on the chessboard a 3d architecture and some people could move doors and walls.

molto interessante, ma manca un tocco "artistico" post disegno, ossia poter prendere la luminosita' dell'oggetto da aumentare e calcolarne le luci e ombre, inoltre se metti il braccio dovrebbe andare di crop per differenza del frame precedente e mostrarti il braccio sopra l'oggetto, ne caso di oggetti "semplici" potrebbe anche mettere l'ombra.
