McCarty was the man. I remember watching this live as a kid and being so proud that my favorite team won the Stanley cup. I got into hockey a couple years prior and have been obsessed with the wings ever since. Win or lose, RED WINGS FOREVER. I've been to football games, basketball games, baseball games all over the place and I'll say this much. Wings fans are the best BY FAR.

I remember watch this as a kid being a huge red wings fan being able to stay up pass my bed time sitting on the couch with my dad.
