@ShunyamNiketana The videos explanation of duality is very deep... almost doesnt express duality in of itself. To me duality has to do with the drama of life. Thus 2 feelings come out; jeckyl and hyde.. perhaps. To be void of duality has much to do with stillness and void of lifes dramas. Silence my friend with what is and loving all that is; mainly things that cannot be seen versus things that can. Much to be said here.. yet very simple. Cos & Mos

But if there's still a "you," there's still duality, no? Of course, language is dualistic, so it's hard to define the state without making it sound dualistic. Maybe poetry or song is the way to do it?
