Scots singer-songwriter, activist and philanthropist Annie Lennox accepts Scotland's first International Humanitarian Award for Outstanding Achievement from Glasgow Caledonian University for her actions to promote health and human rights for women and children affected by HIV/AIDS.
The award was presented by the University Principal and Vice Chancellor, Professor Pamela Gillies, at the Scottish Council for Development and Industry (SCDI) annual awards dinner in Glasgow on November 18.
