Jesse Lindenstein
Strength Coach
Jesse Lindenstein joined the Riekes Center family in January 2005 and is designated with the duty of being the director of the SMART fitness program. He oversees all aspects of the Riekes Center athletic programs, which include, teaching Olympic lifting, Acceleration training, and program design for all athletes. While working at the Riekes Center, Jesse has worked two internships with the NFL, and has given talks around the Bay Area on performance and conditioning. Prior to the Riekes Center, Jesse has worked with Division 1, Junior College, and High Schools teams in the Bay Area in helping to improve performance and conditioning. Jesse has also worked with all types of athletes ranging from Olympic, NFL, CFL, AVP, MLB, and NBA.
Jesse is a former All-Conference football player at the College of San Mateo and received his degree from San Jose State University with a B.S in Kinesiology with a minor In Adapted Physical Education. Jesse is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association,
