Make Your Own - The YouTube tv show made to help people learn about metalworking, fabrication, and setting up their own workshop for either hobby use or business. In this episode we'll show you some basic metal fabrication equipment, the Dewalt abrasive chop saw, the cambel hausfield mig wire feed welder, the Miller Pro Elite auto darkening welding mask, and make a stand for the chop saw with a part stop plate, for precisely cutting multiple parts. Each episode we will show and review more tools, which will be added to the project build arsenal, starting off simple and progressing to more advanced and specialized tools. At the same time our projects will start off as simple helpful things for around the shop, progressing to building things like gokarts, japanese katana's and other knives, to even jet engines. Making your own stuff can save you a fortune, you can custom make things exactly to your needs, instead of relying on generic equipment designed and built for the average user. Unfortunately this makes most products not very useful for quite a few people. Buying equipment can be a source of much stress, when you cant afford the high quality major name brand items that cost many thousands of dollars, you either have to resort to using cheap import equipment that breaks down or never works to begin with, or having no tools at all. Starting off with a few simple tools, you can start setting up your own workshop, building equipment that you need, which saves you money you can spend on more quality equipment. In this series we'll show you how to set up a workshop, and take your hobby and turn it into a small business.
You had a very good idea "Make Your Own - Set Up Your Own Workshop."
It just seem to fizzle out. Bending down to use a chop saw is no fun!
A good future project would be a welding cart with wheels. I built one
large enough to carry my small MIG, Argon bottle, and plasma cutter
Best of luck!

@AeroSport103 We actually have more of these shows that Eric never got to produce and upload, some custom knife making, and the other was how to mig weld, and make a bench press for working out...

@slacker3442
Glad it helped, we have lots more lined up, actually have the next few already filmed, its just a matter of getting them encoded, and then uploaded. Unfortunately it takes like 16 hours for a 4 part episode on our slow DSL
