My sister and I rode all the coasters when our Dad's company picnic had their day at Euclid Beach. Addressograph/Mulitgraph. I miss all those coasters and the Hershey kisses. My grandparents who lived in Euclid would take me out there once in a while on nickle and dime day.

Yay hurray, I finally got to ride the Thriller! :D I went to Euclid Beach as a kid, but was too young/short to ride the Thriller before the park closed down. Always was saddened by that. Thanks so much for posting this.

Moved to Euclid 5 years too late but Euclid Beach was legendary and I remember the entrence sign. The Thriller looks like it would have more air time than any coaster I know of, even the Big Dipper. They just don't make coasters like those anymore!

was this made by gravity group?

Good job adding sound! I remember we used to get a green all-day ticket that would fit over a button on your shirt and we could ride anything we wanted to with it...

@hooksman60 - The park closed in 1969 as a result of the racial tensions that existed during that time contributing to the lack of attendance.

The Aero Dips was the first rollercoaster I ever rode. When I was a kid, there was a roller skating rink near it and also a snack bar. There was also a fountain at the beach that my mom said had been built as a pool.

It was my first coaster ride too. Great little coaster and yes as I remember the loading platform was above a hamburger stand.
