First, sorry my bad english because i SPEAK SPANISH.
Facts: Real GTA mod used but that didnt cause the bad graphics.

Yeah, I already beated the game.
CHEATS SUCK!
I forget to put Portland: the Callahan bridge doesnt load and the ghost town does not exist!
Please comment how old you think i am.
Hell, i need some one to help me, my FRAPs video recorder doesnt work now that i have gta sa on my pc. HELP!!

I know it's a little bit late, but try going to Start-Run and type DXDIAG, and see if any issues pop up in there. If you can find it, there might be an option to change Video Hardware acceleration or something like that, move it down a notch and try again!

its the graphics card and the system because maybe the pc your running cant play the game to its best graphics so it glitches iam having same problem with a gamed called ava from ijji.com my graphics suck so does the system to run the game so the graphics are glitchy
