Me thinks someone thinks the jig might soon be up and would rather be convicted of "malfeasance" than high treason and mass murder, if they can just "sell it".
Being a matter of life or death for the convicted, they might go to great lengths to re-write the entire narrative by revealing some important elements of truth, while making sure others remain well hidden.
Too much evidence points to a highly compartmentalized, highly funded, highly technical parallel inside false flag operation.
