Ive seen this clip many times on mobile phones in iran, the uncut version, they show how many knives and guns and ammo they find at these people houses, who have used it in many armed robbery crimes, it is sad to see such a clip, police brutality, but im afraid to say, it is sometimes necessary. you could never know, you could be walking home in tehran and a biker could be following you from an hour ago, and try to mug/hurt/kill you or even your loved ones.
