This is a WeatherSTAR 4000 emulator video that I recorded to show metropolitan area weather conditions from Love Field in Dallas, Texas on December 5, 2011 at 6:40 AM Central Standard Time.

As the new work week began, moderate rain was falling across the Metroplex and most of northeastern Texas. However, temperatures were dropping and a gradual changeover to wintry precipitation occurred before skies would clear.

All images (except for the regional radar map itself) are emulated in appearance to resemble graphically what the local forecast segments looked like on The Weather Channel during primarily the 1990s.
