A robot based on a radio controlled car that can go to specified GPS co-ordinates and avoid obstacles along the way using ultra sonic sensors. The radio controlled car is an electric kit using a steering servo and electronic speed controller. I will use the NMEA strings from the GPS via direct serial or Bluetooth to work out current position and head to the pre-programmed destination. It will successfully reach the destination by avoiding obstacles with ultrasonic sensors.
