The problem was resolved... It was the ceramic discharger( in time, more descharge have ionysed that ceramic)

Good Day! i have a sebakmt test van...i have a problem: inside i hear a discharge on gain 16kV pingpoint...i open the cover and i see the capacitors are bulging...
i vand buy new capacitors or i want test that capacitors!
